Cannot rate this company highly enough.
After receiving diabolical service from a different company, I tried Contract IT.
Andrew took my iMac 4.30pm Friday and despite being told there was no hurry it was done by 3pm Saturday.
Customer service does not come higher than that.
My faith has been restored in IT tech's and I will not use anyone other than Andrew and Contract IT in the future.

Couldn't recommend Andrew enough. I called him up late Sunday afternoon with a damaged HDD. He came by and collected my laptop, had as much data transferred and recovered from my old HDD to a new HDD by the next morning. All up, he had my laptop over night and that was it! Great service and pricing.
